PILOXING

It is a fitness discipline born with the fusion of

standing Pilates, Boxing and Dance. It is an intense Training program, which tones up enjoying and very efficient under the functional profile. It is developed in a circuit with high intensity able to maintain always the cardio high frequency interchanging Pilates exercises, Boxing movements and dance steps. The movements are intense: it is similar to a session of weights inside an aerobic lesson.
