Differently from a classical fitness lesson,

during which are usually adopted songs with a stable rhythm, in the ONEKOR lesson, the rhythm changes constantly augmenting and decreasing the speed and maximizing the workout intensity and efficacy. The simple scenography preparation has the purpose to make an activity in serenity and clear from the anxiety.
