Shadow was born in 1996 in Pavia and it positioned itself strategically on the fitness market.

His family-run has always characterized the Shadow as an intimate and welcoming fitness center, where you can spend your free time devoted to sport.

The change of management that took place in December 2015, hasn’t forgiven 20 years of experience of this training center. The coexistence between a management, in which the customer feels comfortable and part of the same structure, and a major professionalism, in a renovated space, remains the primary objective of Shadow, today and tomorrow.
